For such a long time of cooperation with the manufacturers of various products that require packaging we have acquired extensive experience in the properties of polymer films.
On our production we use all types of BOPP: transparent, metallized, white polypropylene and other. This material has good barrier properties and established market position individually and in various combinations by means of lamination.
Among the opaque high-barrier materials the first place in this list is reserved aluminum foil. It has many undeniable technical features:
- Product protection from UV radiation, penetration of most chemical contaminants from air, moisture, pathogenic microorganisms.
- Resistance to low temperatures, which allows the use of a combination with a foil for storing food deep degrees of frost.
- The possibility of heat sealing, packaging and sterilization of the product.
- This does not affect the product properties, does not change the taste of the product, and Vice versa – well, keeping it in its original form.
PET (polyethylene terephthalate) is widely used in the production of packaging for preserve the freshness of sauces, jams and seasonings.
CPP (Cast Polypropylene Film) is a non-oriented polypropylene has proven itself in grocery products where the necessary conditions is puncture resistance (i.e. the ability of a material to stretch without tearing).
LDPE (high pressure polyethylene) is a multilayer material obtained by extrusion. Depending on the purpose of the material during the blow molding process producer uses different additives which give the required film properties.
